Ingredients:
· 1 c. sugar
· 2½ T. cornstarch
· 1 c. water
· 2½ T strawberry jello
· Strawberries
· 9” pie shell, baked
Directions:
- Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick and clear (over medium heat).
- Remove from heat and add jello. Cool.
- Have a
9” pie shell baked and completely cooled. - Slice strawberries in half. Place strawberries in shell and pour mixture over berries.
- Place in fridge and chill until set.
